A member of the pheasant family, quail has a fairly high proportion of lean, meaty flesh to bone, and a delicate flavour. Our quails are sold whole and either bone in or boneless.
Our delicious poussin (French for young chicken) are sourced from trusted farms and are available whole and spatchcocked.
Guinea Fowl are similar to chicken or pheasant in flavour with a darker, slightly dryer and gamier tasting flesh. We can supply whole birds and portions.
We source our duck from trusted farmers and can supply whole ducks, legs, confit, breast and liver. Reared to high welfare standards, our British ducks are a tasty alternative to chicken and turkey.
