The role of chicken in a reducetarian diet

You may have heard the term reducetarianism in the media and wondered what it’s all about. Put simply, it is the practice of eating less meat, poultry, fish, seafood, dairy, eggs and other animal products. It is said that following a reducetarian diet reduces your risk of heart disease and certain types of cancers, decreases your carbon footprint and saves the slaughter of farmed animals.

Our musical donation in memory of Helen

We're delighted to share the news that we have made the first donation from a trust fund that was set up in memory of our colleague, Helen. We have donated £500 from the Helen Bettley Memorial Fund to the North Yorkshire Music Therapy Centre that uses interactive music making to help people whose lives have been affected by illness or disability.
