In addition to trussed and untrussed whole chicken, we supply a wide range of skinless and skin on, boneless and bone in Yorkshire chicken portions, including speciality cuts like supremes, large drumsticks for sausage meat and spatchcock chicken.
Our chicken supremes are available in slow grown free range and grain fed options, direct from our Yorkshire farms. Available skin on or skinless, this chicken fillet with the wing bone (drumette) attached makes an impressive and tasty dish.

As used in an award-winning product, our large drumsticks make delicious sausages. We worked with one of our local butchers, F. Leake in Market Weighton to develop a Chicken, Chicken Liver, Leek and Stilton sausage that won the Best Independent Butcher: North East – Innovative Category the 2018 UK Sausage Week competition.
